Say hello to our Resident Voice Advocate, Justin Napierala! Justin has been an employee at Arbors at Sylvania for 5 ½ yrs. now! Justin started off in our dietary department, worked very hard and branched out in his career as our Activities Assistant.
In 2018 the owners of Prestige Health Care created a new program called The Resident Voice Program. We all recognize the importance of excellent customer service and this program is designed to follow all of our new residents for the first 30 days of their stay. Justin visits each new resident every day to ensure that their admission and continued stay is going smoothly. Most importantly we always want to make our residents feel special and comfortable because we know it is not easy being away from home and recovering from a new health onset—it can be overwhelming!
